Our Story

NeutraPharma is a medical devices distributor, based in Cork, Ireland- one of the most significant pharmaceutical manufacturing hubs in Europe. We are committed to providing trusted solutions to customer health and wellbeing requirements.

Carsten Schnier, our founder and Chairman, has extensive industry expertise in pharmaceutical quality supply and distribution, and created NeutraPharma as a family orientated company where communication with our customers and understanding their needs is at the heart of what we do.

Our range of products includes self-administered in-vitro test kits, early detection pregnancy tests, drink spike tests and digital diagnostic devices.
At NeutraPharma in-house quality control is rigorous, to ensure our customers can put their trust in our products. Our logistics team make the ordering and delivery process simple, and our sales and support team are here to answer any queries you may have.

Field based independent sales representative (Ireland)

NeutraPharma Europe Limited are looking for an enthusiastic and driven field based independent sales representative to drive company sales within the Irish market. This role is fully remote. The independent sales representative’s responsibilities include:
  • Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads through field based activity
  • Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present product portfolio effectively
  • Grow and upsell products within the market by highlighting product benefits and key features
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Negotiate pricing with buying groups to improve sales within the designated target region
  • Promptly submit purchase orders to the required department for processing
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Address customer concerns and resolve queries timeously
To be successful in this role, you will need to be committed to achieving sales goals independently, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills, in order to achieve exceptional customer service levels at all times. Job Role Requirements:
  • This is a field based position in Ireland and the successful candidate must reside within the territory
  • Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry in Ireland is essential
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • The ability to travel to customers
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
