By browsing this site or by ordering any of the products offered, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which apply to any offer, convenience and agreement between the customer and NeutraPharma as well as any operation necessary for their execution. These conditions are available to everyone on the NeutraPharma website. The company reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions provided that these changes appear on this website. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Price

The prices shown per product do not include shipping costs.
The shipping costs are detailed on the Order & Delivery section of the website.
All NeutraPharma prices are final, expressed in Euro and all taxes included.
NeutraPharma reserves the right to change the price of the products at any time, but the products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of taking the order into account.
If you are a company and your company is subject to VAT, please ensure to detail or send through the valid VAT number.

  • Controls

Your order is validated upon receipt of payment.
Any order validation implies the acceptance of the general conditions of sale to orders placed by phone, email or via the website.
In the case of promotional items, it is only valid within the limits of available stocks. NeutraPharma reserves the right to cancel your order in case of breakage or difficulty in replenishment but will advise you of same at the time of occurrence.

  • Billing

The invoice is issued on the date of taking charge of the order. 
The invoice will be included in the shipment of the product(s).

  • Payment, Security

Payment means cash payment without discount and for delivery in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Opening a Customer Account

The receipt of the first order accompanied by its payment immediately allows the opening of an account at NeutraPharma.

  • Delivery

Any request for reimbursement of shipping costs cannot take place as they have been ‘consumed’ in order to route the delivery to the consumer.
Customer will be notified of despatch complete with tracking number. 
In the event of non-delivery and the customer experiencing no success in tracking via An Post, the Customer is to report via email to help@neutrapharma.com where NeutraPharma will investigate further and provide the customer with the resulting update.

  • Receipt of Product

The customer is required to check the condition of the purchased products upon delivery.
Upon receipt of the product(s) delivery, the customer is required to inform NeutraPharma of any anomaly on the day of the receipt of the product(s).  This request will be formulated using the contact document on the NeutraPharma website.
The Customer must notify NeutraPhama by email to help@neutrapharma.com with details of damages in addition to images.
Each claim will be assessed on a case by case basis and customer informed of result. 
Upon successful claim NeutraPharma will provide either a full refund or item replacement. 
Remedy to be determined at NeutraPharma’s discretion.

  • Right of Retraction

The right of retraction does to apply to the following purchases;
The Customer has the right to notify NeutraPharma that they renounce the purchase without any given reason within a period of 7 working days from the day of delivery.  The costs of sending and return will be at the customer’s expense.  The customer must notify NeutraPharma by emailing help@neturapharma.com prior to returning the purchase. 
Only the price of the product will be refunded.
The product(s) must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, unopened and not soiled or damaged within 7 working days from the day of delivery to the following address;

Unit 1A, Ramhill Industrial Estate, Ballinacurra, Cork, Ireland, P25 VY38.

Requests for refund are to be made via email to help@neutrapharma.com providing reasoning and detail of request. 
NeutraPharma will assess the claim and inform the customer of the result.
Should a refund be approved, only the price of the order excluding the delivery will be provided. 
Funds will appear to customers bank within 5 – 10 business days.
Any delays in funds showing in Customer’s account should be reported to help@neutrapharma.com where NeutraPharma will investigate with the Merchant.

  • Trade

Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer will never be refunded or exchanged especially products n contact any other surface or item.  NeutraPharma reserves the right to accept or not a request for exchange or refund presented by the customer.  If the product(s) that was purchases us not reached by a hidden defect, NeutraPharma is not obliged to take it back.  Reliance on the binding force of the contract of sale to consider the sale as firm and final and to put an end of default to any reason for repayment to the customer.  The customer, who made a mistake(s) has no right to obtain the refund by taking back the product(s).

  • Liability

NeutraPharma cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind resulting from improper use of the product(s) marketed.
NeutraPharma cannot be held responsible for medication made on the product(s) by the manufacturer.
The photographs of the products are not contractual, they are provided for illustrative purposes.
Packaging may vary on occasion. This does not affect use of the product.
Only the leaflets supplied with or on the product(s) by the manufacturer must be taken into consideration by the customer.  If in doubt, or you require more information, do not hesitate to contact the manufacturers customer service online.
In case of hypertext link pointing to other sires from NeutraPharma, it cannot be responsible for the content of the information provided on these sites after activations of these links.
In case of professional purchases, NeutraPharma incurs no liability for any indirect damage including operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.
